Maxim holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Banku Augstskola and has completed specialized training in Clinical Trial Management from the University of Oxford. Fluent in Latvian, English, and Russian, Maxim brings a global perspective to his work, enabling him to connect with clients and candidates from diverse backgrounds.
